High school diploma or ged.
2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
High performer with proven exceptional qa score in previous call center jobs.
Customer service oriented. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual english / spanish, required. Activities*:take inbound calls from our customers related to different customer service situations.*

Minimizing the transferring of phone calls from one department to another.
- ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of calls, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- answer insurance-related questions including claims status, and basic claims information.
Shift:
- training schedule (2 weeks): monday to friday 9.00 to 18:00
- monday, friday and saturday 9:00 to 19:00 and tuesdays and thursdays 9:00 to 18:00 | (sunday + 1 week day off) it changes depending us (dallas) time zone.
- 2 breaks of 15 minutes and lunch time 1 hour
salary and benefits:
- $16,500 monthly base salary
- $542.77 daily base salary
- $3,799.39 weekly base salary (3,200 net weekly)
bonus: up to 4,500 monthly (based on metrics/objectives) + tricolor benefit package (2% savings fund, 1,400 food stamps, 20-day christmas bonus)
