Configuring and implementing insurance product logic, workflows, and platform features within the oneshield ecosystem. Supporting the design and documentation of technical solutions following the hiscox change delivery framework. Working collaboratively with development, qa, and uat teams to ensure successful feature implementation and issue resolution. Assisting in deployments across environments and validating system configuration. Analyzing and troubleshooting technical and functional issues arising during implementation and production support. Documenting configuration changes, implementation steps, and integration flows.
