job objective:ensure efficient supplier management by optimizing processes to guarantee customer satisfaction and strengthen solid, long-lasting business relationships.
key responsibilities:
* supervise and monitor contractual conditions, including rates, settlement terms, commissions, expirations, updates, and renewals.
* manage relationships and coordinate payments with suppliers across multiple countries and currencies.
* receive, review, and organize supplier invoices, ensuring proper validation.
* control collections and verify the accurate delivery of contracted services.
* collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a comprehensive experience aligned with customer expectations.
* ensure compliance with international tax requirements, supporting tax reviews and audits.
* map and document processes related to suppliers and payments, promoting continuous improvement.
* review the stability of the 100% digital product in coordination with technical areas.
* monitor and analyze performance metrics (kpis) of assigned accounts, proposing improvements to optimize results.
requirements:
education &training
* degree in international relations, business, administration, or related fields.
* 100% english proficiency (spoken and written).
* strong skills in excel and operational documents.
* willingness to travel
experience
* minimum 3 years of experience in account management or commercial relations.
* knowledge of effective client management and achievement of commercial objectives.
technical skills:
* experience with crm tools, account tracking platforms, and data analysis (excel, dashboards, etc.).
soft skills:
* organized, responsible profile with structured logical thinking.
* proactive and analytical approach to problem identification and effective decision-making.
* strong ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* global vision and capacity to manage international operations across multiple countries and currencies.
