Job Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for integrated marketing with other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Digital presence
* Develop a comprehensive online strategy to drive brand exposure and customer engagement in line with business strategy and the larger marketing plan
* Generate leads and measure effectiveness of different campaigns and channels including websites, social media, email campaigns, webinars and media partnership
* Maintain Mexico website and manage SEM (Google Ads) plus analystic tool
Content development
* Develop content for marketing campaigns in collaboration with technical experts
* Leverage different formats of content to drive engagement
* Prepare sales tools as needed
Event management
* Develop, manage and deliver webinars
* Manage in-person events such as conferences, seminars and expo
Database and funnel management
* Drive accurate funnel management with sales teams
* Leverage CRM for proper sales and marketing ROI tracking
Qualification
* 3+ years marketing experience preferably in consumer products or pharmaceutical fields
* Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is desirable
* Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Portuguese is bonus.
* Proven track record in digital project executions and measurements
* Fast-learner with multi-tasking ability
* Independent and proactive, able to work in a highly dynamic environment
