This position requires initial training at the wistron office in hsinchu, taiwan for 2-3 weeks, then will be expatriated to the wistron mexico (juárez). expatriate benefits and allowances will be provided.
wistron mexico primarily focuses on server products. Due to the impact of geopolitical factors and tariff policies, the demand for manpower will continue to grow.
job responsibilities:
1. maintenance of products during the trial production phase of new products.
2. evaluation and improvement of nude/dfx/pfmea during the new product phase.
3. leading the analysis and verification of issues related to testing failures, and implementing countermeasures.
4. assisting ee/rd in understanding factory conditions and proposing improvement suggestions.
5. assisting the production and quality departments in improving yield rates.
6. verification and implementation of changes in ecn/ecr firmware and hardware.
requirements:
1. proficient in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering irons, and circuit design software (orcad/allegro).
2. familiar with x86 circuit architecture and proficient in reading circuit diagrams.
3. thorough understanding of analog and digital electronics, as well as the principles and functions of various electronic components.
4. ability to identify and analyze problems, with a strong skill in timely feedback mechanisms; capable of writing analytical reports on product issues.
5. rich experience in factory engineering improvements, with proficiency in improvement methods such as pdca, 5w2h, and 5 whys being a plus.
6. relevant pe experience with servers, l10/nb, is preferred.
