we are seeking a senior brand manager to drive brand and category growth for our region. This role involves identifying key consumer opportunities and translating them into innovation and communication strategy for the future.

* develop and execute an innovation pipeline with excellence.

* develop a regional go-to-market strategy, including communication, commercialization, and scalability.
* ensure profitability through effective management and budget control.
* define a consumer insight plan based on category opportunities.
* lead cross-functional teams for new product development, integrating local business needs with regional strategies.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or related fields.
* at least 6-8 years of experience in marketing.
* previous experience as a brand manager or similar position (at least 2-3 years).
* experience in business operations and project management.
* proficiency in english.
* advanced management skills using google tools.
* nielsen advisor/answers proficiency.
* sap skills desirable.
