*in this highly collaborative role you will use your expertise in human resources to*:
- administer, develop, and implement human resources policies and procedures
- manage benefits administration and reporting; communicate benefits information to employees
- conduct recruitment and talent acquisition, oversee new employee orientation
- guide career exploration with managers and employees

job requirements:
your background, experience, and interests include:
- a bachelor's degree and three to five years of hr experience, or seven years of experience in the hr field, or any similar combination of education and experience
excellent time management skills; accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
- prior experience recruiting for production line employees
- ability to communicate effectively
- experience with hris, icims and payroll systems; kronos experience is a plus
- system savvy - able to quickly learn our hr systems
