- answer questions about insurance coverage, billing, and other financial matters
- coordinate care between patients and their providers
- resolve patient complaints and concerns
- maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- bachelor's degree in health care, social work, or a related field
- fluent in spanish and english
- 2+ years of experience in patient advocacy or a related field
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
