What will you do?
* onboarding & employee experience:
* coordinate pre-boarding logistics.
* prepare employee files and manage onboarding sessions.
* organize orientation talks.
* support 90-day onboarding experience with follow-up chats and reminders for essential courses and tools.
* offboarding:
* assist with legal entity changes and voluntary terminations.
* manage payroll tickets, resignation checklists, and document scanning.
* reports & hr data:
* generate monthly headcount and training reports.
* maintain it asset return records and shared hr folders.
* hr communications & events:
* collaborate on hr newsletters and design campaign materials.
* support logistics for site events and initiatives.

* proficiency in microsoft office. Knowledge of power automate and hr systems (tress, talentlink) is a plus.
