This position is responsible for creating marketing components in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining brand standards and consistent designs. This position requires a creative yet meticulous individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites and printing.

* supervision of all design projects, from conception to delivery.
* creation of original designs, including illustrations and special works.
* generation of ideas to represent concepts and advertise products and services.
* maintaining brand consistency across all of our marketing projects.
* stay up to date with industry developments and tools.
* be a reference within the work team.
* develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
* manage and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide reports.
* plan and monitor the company's ongoing social media presence.
* measure the performance of digital marketing activities by using different web analytics tools (google analytics, webtrends, etc.).
* work closely with internal clients to develop and implement digital content strategies and ensure they align with overall goals.
* collaborate with external parties to deliver engaging, high-quality content and campaigns.
* stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices, including new platforms, technologies, and techniques.
* manage budgets and ensure that campaigns are within budget, delivering the desired results.
* manage website content and ensure that it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
requirements and knowledge:
* bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar.
* graphic design portfolio and/or completed projects.
* digital project management tools and file organization experience.
* +6 years of proven work experience in digital marketing.
* analytical, communicative and interpersonal skills.
* solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies and platforms.
* demonstrated ability to deliver results and achieve goals.
* ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
* experience in social media advertising platforms.
* experience with web content management systems and html/css.
* strong organizational and project management skills.
