*what are we looking for?

*required*:
- bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering projects.
- strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., sap*, etabs, autocad).
- excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in english and spanish.
- ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

- professional engineering (pe) license.
