- develop corporate plans for a variety of hr issues such as compensation, benefits, union compliance, talent, and mental health, taking into account business area guidelines.
- act to support the human factor in the company by designing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing and development, etc.
- monitor the company's climate and be proactive in implementing initiatives to engage people.
- be responsible for compensation management: review and authorization of ptu payments, bonuses, vacation bonuses, or monthly pay bonuses.

- be responsible for the hr budget by gathering the company's needs and sharing them centrally, monitoring compliance with the budget in terms of investment implementation.

Hours: monday to friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary $30,000. Gross monthly (depending on profile and experience).
100% contribution to the imss.
Higher benefits are granted at the end of the probationary period.
