Responsibilities: keep all facilities updated to guarantee compliance with current legislation and applicable mexican regulations and those required by corporations regarding health and safety. Ensure the correct administration of the health, safety and environment system, as well as prepare safety reports. Ensure that all employees and staff working on behalf of the company comply with company policies, practices and procedures related to safety, health and the environment. Be the liaison person in terms of external communication with the different government entities, the company, on issues related to safety, health and the environment. Carry out continuous improvement/review of goals and objectives by management in matters of safety, hygiene and environment. Obtain, control and maintain the iso 14001 certification of the system and carry out internal audits of conformity and compliance with legislation. Communicate the different changes in policies and processes or movements. Carry out safety, hygiene, comply with the environmental policy and contribute to its objectives and goals in accordance with the environment. Education area of study: industrial, mechanical, environmental engineering or labor relations or similar. *equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
