key responsibilities:
* based on engineering documentation, define, develop, and coordinate modifications to manufacturing sequence plans and precedence diagrams.
* provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
* incorporate standard times in work instructions to ensure proper product costing.
* document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity according to design requirements.
* design methodologies to ensure design requirements in product planning (as designed, as planned).
* participate, validate, and provide feedback on production requirements based on site impact analysis.
* ensure the functionality of tooling and visual aids used during production line implementation.
skills, knowledge, and experience:
* 5 to 7 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or automotive product engineering.
* professional degree in aeronautical, mechatronics, electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering, or related field.
* experience working with structural manufacturing.
* intermediate level of english (spoken and written).
* knowledge of microsoft office suite, including word, excel (graphics, pivot tables, vba, macros), and powerpoint.
* knowledge of catia v5, sap, 3dvia, ditmco.
* teamwork skills, continuous improvement mindset, results orientation, service attitude, and problem-solving skills.
* availability to rotate shifts.
