main responsibilities:
* create and execute weekly newsletters on the creator economy, youtube, and ai
* coordinate video editors, designers, videographers, and freelance teams
* maintain websites, landing pages, and all digital properties up-to-date
* plan 6-week content calendars based on competitive intelligence and our second brain
* manage vendor budgets and optimize production efficiency
* conduct systematic competitor analysis across youtube, instagram, linkedin using professional tools and methodologies
* identify content gaps and emerging trends for strategic advantage
* generate weekly market intelligence reports with actionable insights
* collaborate to optimize conversion funnels
* track and report conversion metrics and attribution
* implement and monitor lead nurturing sequences
* drive 3x increase in qualified monthly leads across platforms
ideal candidate:
required experience:
* 3+ years content marketing with b2b lead generation focus
* multiplatform growth experience (youtube, instagram, linkedin)
* vendor management coordinating freelancer teams
* digital properties: maintaining websites and landing pages
* customer success orientation with high satisfaction focus
* plus but not required:
* experience managing and growing newsletters
* bilingual: native spanish + advanced english
* availability: full time in americas time zone
technical skills:
* google workspace & notion: advanced proficiency for project management
