Location: 100% RemoteExperience: 3+ years (ServiceNow + JavaScript)English: B2+ (Upper-intermediate or higher)What You’ll Do- Configure and develop ServiceNow (Catalog Items, Workflows, Flows, Portals, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, MID Servers, Record Producers, Reports, Performance Analytics).- Configure Jira and Confluence (Workflows, Issue Type Schemes, Field Configurations, Spaces, Plugins, Permissions).- Handle user administration, permissions, reports, configurations, and provide training support.- Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs using Incident Management best practices.- Write and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams and inline code comments.- Support platform upgrades and perform regression testing.- Identify and optimize platform performance issues.- Contribute to and maintain a shared technical knowledge base.Requirements- 3+ years of ServiceNow administration/development/implementation experience.- 1+ years of Confluence administration/development/implementation experience.- 1+ years of Jira administration/development/implementation experience.- 3+ years working with ITSM solutions in enterprise environments.- Experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).- Experience integrating applications using web service architectures and data markup formats.Nice to have:- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript.- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, XML, REST, Jelly, etc.).- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.- ITIL v3 certification.- Aha!
