Vice President Finance – Mexico
Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take ownership of financial leadership at a key industrial site?
A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic performance across site-level functions.
This is a senior on-site position requiring strong leadership capability, full-spectrum finance expertise, and a background in industrial or manufacturing settings.
About the Role
As Vice President of Finance, you will be responsible for leading all financial activities at the site, including controlling, reporting, compliance, and budgeting.
Working closely with local leadership and international stakeholders, you will ensure sound financial management and provide insights that support business strategy and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all finance and controlling functions for the site
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting cycles
- Maintain compliance with financial reporting regulations and corporate accounting standards
- Manage audits, tax processes, and financial risk
- Support cash flow, treasury, and working capital management
- Lead improvements to finance systems and workflows through technology and automation
- Act as a key business partner to site and corporate leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years' experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing teams
- Track record in managing full finance cycles including audits, planning, and compliance
- Proficient in enterprise-level finance systems and reporting platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Must currently live and work in Mexico
