*key responsibilities*:
- supervise and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards in the warehouse.
- plan and conduct internal and external audits, as well as coordinate cofepris audits.
- maintain and update the quality management system, ensuring that all processes are documented and followed properly.
- train and develop staff on quality and food safety topics.
- implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings and customer feedback.
- collaborate with other departments to ensure quality at all stages of the production process.
