theimportant things - what will you be doing as a global payroll &hr operations manager?
the global payroll & hr operationsmanager will be accountable for all payroll, benefitsadministration, onboarding, offboarding and first-line querymanagement for global our employees and managers, ensuringcompliance and effectiveness across all region keyresponsibilities: payroll - oversee payroll operations for us,mexico, germany, and the uk, ensuring timely and accurateexecution.
- manage regular and ad-hoc payroll reporting to bothinternal stakeholders and external bodies.
- provide expertguidance on complex payroll issues when escalated.
- maintain astrong partnership with adp and other managed payroll services toensure compliance across all regions.
- ensure the effectiveoperation of all leave and other related schemes according tocountry-specific policies.
- partner with stakeholders to completeinternal audits.
benefits - lead the global benefitsadministration, ensuring alignment with company goals and employeeneeds.
- manage relationships with vendors and our global brokersto ensure optimal service delivery.
- manage complex benefitsissues when escalated and provide strategic advice on benefitsadministration.
- conduct annual reviews of the benefits offeringsin all regions to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- partnerwith total rewards leads to communicate with brokers and selectbenefits plans.
hr operations - oversee critical hr processes suchas onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless execution andaccurate data management.
- regularly evaluate and optimize hrprocesses to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- advise onfirst-line queries when escalated.
- collaborate with internationalcolleagues to align and enhance hr practices.
people partner - actas a strategic partner to the vp, latam, advising on criticalpeople matters and driving the company culture in mexico.
- workwith the vp, latam to build and drive the company's culture inmexico.
- ensure alignment to the company's values in all peopleprocesses in mexico.
- be the key representative in latam for thehr function .
- partner with talent lead to drive best practice inmexico including talent acquisition, management and development.what you need for success: - minimum of 10 years of experience inhr operations and payroll roles.
- extensive experience with aglobal remit (us experience preferential).
- deep theoretical andpractical knowledge of employment legislation in mexico.
- strongunderstanding of global payroll and benefits (us preferential).
-ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll,benefits and employee issues.
- exceptional numerical andanalytical skills.
- high level of accuracy and attention todetail.
- outstanding communication skills in english, both writtenand verbal.
- strong customer service ethos, with provenresilience.
- proactive in recommending and implementingimprovements to hr processes and services.
- proven managementexperience with a track record of driving execution and achievingresults.
- proficient in microsoft office applications, especiallyexcel and word at an intermediate or advanced level.
- degree in hror a related field.
- a positive, adaptable and professionalworking attitude is essential.
