this role will be responsible for: developing and executing the hotel's marketing strategy leading digital and traditional campaigns aligned with commercial goals collaborating closely with sales, revenue, and operations to drive performance analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance positioning the brand across digital, social, and distribution channels supporting the successful launch and awareness of the hotel profile: proven experience in hotel or resort marketing (luxury or all-inclusive preferred) strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics strategic mindset with a strong focus on demand generation creative, results-driven, and highly collaborative advanced english required join us in building something exceptional in one of mexico's most iconic destinations.
