Team overview and job responsibilities
we are looking for a almacenista. The role involves carrying out all warehouse activities such as receiving, identifying, arranging, delivering, exporting, cleaning the warehouse (inside and out), and security. The almacenista is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards, specifically iatf 16949:2016, iso 45001, and iso 14001.
job responsibilities
1. fill the production kambam, service requisitions, non-kambam requisitions, and prototype requisitions, including delivery of chemicals for production use.
2. receive raw materials from arizona and organize them on racks, making necessary system transfers.
3. maintain fifo system control.
4. perform warehouse maintenance, including cleaning, forklift and rack checklists, and supplying containers to production lines.
5. assist in various warehouse activities like cleaning containers and receiving local suppliers.
6. participate in cycle counts and audits (6's).
7. participate in the annual inventory.
8. apply ems procedures to minimize environmental impact in your area.
9. apply ohs procedures to mitigate risks and hazards in your area.
qualifications and skills
* cyclical knowledge
* computer skills
* forklift operation
* knowledge of warehouse movement and fifo
* interpersonal skills
* understanding of iatf 16949:2016, iso 14001, iso 45001 (basic knowledge)
* knowledge of 6's methodology
* familiarity with kanban system
* knowledge of ct-pat standards
* attention to spills, chemical storage, handling, and disposal
* safe operation of forklifts and cranes per nom-004-stps-1999
