the role
the content systems analyst iii monitors and maintains adobe workfront fusion automation and integration scenarios, ensures stable cross‑platform data flows, and strengthens the reliability of herbalife's digital content supply chain.
day-to-day responsibilities include:
* monitoring workflow automation logs
* validating end‑to‑end data flows (workfront ⇄ aem ⇄ phrase tms ⇄ proof hq)
* triaging issues and driving incident resolution
how you would contribute
* automation monitoring: monitor adobe workfront fusion scenario health during global project runs; perform start/stop/rerun automation scenarios; review logs and json payloads; document configuration changes; raise and triage ado bugs.
* workflow optimization: translate business needs into elegant workflow scenarios that reduce manual effort and increase consistency across global content rollouts.
* global automation projects: perform qa during bau global project runs across workfront ⇄ fusion ⇄ aem ⇄ phrase; validate live copies and language masters; review proofing artifacts; document qa results; propose guardrails to harden fusion scenarios.
* logs & errors: analyze logs, error codes, review audit history/docs, and maintain technical debt backlog.
* reporting dashboards: build and maintain dashboards for fusion scenario success rates, cycle times, sla risks; provide weekly ops updates with trends, insights, and prioritized recommendations.
* qa & testing: translate acceptance criteria into repeatable test cases, run smoke and regression testing, support major updates, capture test results, and create ado bug tickets.
* continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks and propose automation workflow improvements to enhance content authoring efficiencies.
* cross-functional collaboration: author runbooks, sops, integration maps, and job aids; host office hours and targeted trainings; deliver change communications to prepare users for new features or process updates.
job qualifications
skills and background required to be successful
* 4+ years in platform troubleshooting and user support preferably on content operations; 1+ year with adobe workfront.
* experience analyzing logs/json/xml for incident resolution and root cause analysis (no coding required).
* hands‑on experience operating low/no‑code automation tools (e.g., adobe workfront fusion) and supporting workflow stability.
* familiarity with aem (or similar cms) and phrase tms (or similar) from an operations and issue-resolution perspective.
* strong data transformation and analysis skills for diagnosing workflow errors and improving processes.
* comfort working within agile/scrum; practical experience with azure devops/jira for ticket management and bug tracking is a plus.
* fluent in english (spoken and written).
* experience with aem multi‑locale publishing and technical concepts (metadata, schemas, redirects).
* exposure to api/webhook troubleshooting, oauth/service accounts, and sso/permissions models for integration support.
education
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
