Job summary
responsible for the direct sales process, aiming to achieve and/or exceed sales goals. Serves medium and large accounts/distributors, and is responsible for expanding sales by presenting new products/services to customers and organizing visits to current and potential customers.
main responsibilities
1. align with the company's standards, policies, and culture to accurately guide the entire workforce.
2. provide commercial and technical support to customers in the region, considering mexico and the caribbean/central america.
3. maintain close relationships with key customers.
4. recognize new business opportunities.
5. participate in negotiating orders and price increases.
6. apply the objectives established by the corporate sales segment in the north latam region.
7. support the achievement of the segment's financial goals in the north latam region.
8. plan and document contacts with customers.
9. keep the team informed of activities through the preparation of call reports and monthly reports.
10. keep business process information up to date.
11. provide technical information about client projects to the technical/laboratory and marketing teams.
12. collaborate in the preparation and execution of corporate strategic plans.
