in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading work teams to execute maintenance of machinery in compliance with customer standards.
foster continuous improvement and innovation across operational processes by identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and productivity. Ensure that all product manufacturing meets quality and sanitation specifications. Maintain a high level of operational continuity above 98% and reduce losses from mechanical failures through proactive planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with the plant's technological platforms.
responsibilities:
* lead cross-functional teams to execute tasks efficiently.
* plan, coordinate, and oversee work orders, quotations, coordination with suppliers, and purchasing for equipment repairs.
* analyze and address potential equipment issues proactively to prevent downtime.
* manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate records of fixed asset inventories and utility consumption.
* demonstrate expertise in maintenance management methodologies such as wcm, tpm, and lean six sigma.
* cultivate effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve business objectives.

qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* at least five years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments.
* proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
