in this role your responsibilities will be:
guide the staff and their synergistic human interaction processes across all areas processes buildings and business units of tecnologias de flujo.

training employees scholarships interns program.
guide the staff their internal organizations resources and competencies throughout the week including regular shifts and overtime providing various services to the staff such as meals transportation protection and advice in work-related aspects of their private lives as requested.
ensure compliance in the implementation and maintenance of ctpat-oea legal regulations for staff processes procedures audits preventive and corrective actions related to asset protection personnel food service transportation suppliers and work-related visits.
facilitate and optimize organizational communication processes between individuals and groups by using strategic tools such as communication meetings bulletin boards and informational lunches. The goal is to strengthen constructive and pleasant relationships at all levels of the company ensuring that all employees are informed and aligned with the organizations dynamics and strategic objectives.
promote a culture of healthy behavior aligned with business needs through the implementation of the labor relations policy.
prepare detailed reports and charts of written and verbal interviews sanctions and job satisfaction surveys.
lead and coordinate strategic meetings with supervisors to promote and disseminate the work culture based on the labor relations policy. Keep supervisors informed and involved fostering an effective alliance and collaboration that benefits employees. Facilitate the development of their supervisory skills ensuring they work together to achieve common goals and improve staff well-being and performance.
coordinate all-employee meetings including daily weekly monthly quarterly or annual meetings covering logistics announcements notices and q&a sessions.
manage the termination process of the employment relationship: resignations dismissals contract terminations facilitation of personal item retrieval completion of legal documentation and severance payment and resolution of related conflicts.
preparation and administration of budget for taxi transportation festivities sports recognitions and anniversaries.
managing the internal working rules & disciplinary actions.
manage the implementation of workplace surveys and consulting employees tabulate and analyze the results to propose solutions and implement actions that help address the identified needs.
coordinate the actions oriented to create a team culture and sense of belonging to the organization through communication recognition feedback social and sporting activities.
manage and monitor taxis overtime to employees is provided.
for this role you will need:
* desirable experience: 5 years of human resource management.
* desirable schooling: degree in industrial relations business administration or related fields
