Position: occupational psychologist
we are looking for a qualified occupational psychologist to join our team at yanfeng, a worldwide automotive company.
responsibilities:
* develop activities focused on the emotional state of employees through specific actions in group and individually.
* manage activities for psychosocial risks.
* track compliance with nom-035.
* know and disseminate information about nom-035 policy in the workplace to ensure compliance.
* collaborate with the do department on activities that benefit coworkers' human development.
* provide psychological support to coworkers in the plant.
* track absenteeism through individual interviews, compile statistics, and report to hr management.
* conduct psychometric evaluations in the recruitment process (internal and external).
* create formative and playful activities to promote motivation and integration among work groups.
* report psychological attendance statistics to the hr manager.
* participate in the induction process with motivational themes related to company identity.
qualifications:
* experience in automotive companies.
* fluent conversational english skills.
* advanced skills in ms office applications (excel, word, powerpoint, etc.).
* master’s degree in clinical psychology is desirable but not mandatory.
* availability, resilience, drive, and reliability.
* 1-3 years of experience as an occupational psychologist in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
