You will oversee incoming inspection, metrology, and first article activities, drive supplier audits and corrective actions, and act as the quality liaison between our organization and suppliers.develop and execute the global supplier quality strategy and certification/qualification programs. define inspection, testing, and evaluation techniques. Manage supplier‐related cost recovery and maintain supplier scorecards and quality data. Prepare detailed supplier assessment/audit reports and drive improvement projects (e.g., reduce incoming inspection, improve supplier inventory, electronic coc, audit expansion). Ensure team training, performance evaluations, and discipline within policy. Comply with internal policies (code of conduct, ctpat, anti‐corruption, confidentiality, information security) and required hse training.bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical engineering. ~0–3 years of experience in quality engineering; bilingual: english–spanish (around 90% english proficiency).project management skills; strong data handling (excel intermediate/advanced) and microsoft office. Ability to act as quality liaison with suppliers and internal stakeholders.leadership of small quality teams (e.g., quality auditor, metrology technician, quality/process technicians).
