*compensation*: $4 - $7 per hour
*working hours*
this is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:
- monday-friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm houston time
- zoom meetings required during working hours.
*responsibilities*
- provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handlingcorrespondence.
- maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- communicate with investors and customers to address inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- support event planning and coordination, including meetings, training sessions, and company gatherings.
- assist with data entry and database management.
- perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support team efficiency.
*qualifications*
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- strong written and spoken communication skills in both english
- proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) and remote collaboration tools (zoom, slack, google workspace, etc.)
- a background in financial banking or accounting will be a plus point
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- comfortable working remotely and capable of managing time efficiently
