Roles and responsibilities
as the marketing operations & sales enablement coordinator - latam (spanish), you will play a critical executional role within the americas marketing team. Supporting the marketing operations & sales enablement manager, this position focuses on task execution, process compliance, and timely delivery of marketing operations and sales enablement activities across the americas.
*your responsibilities will include*:
enablement support
create, update, and distribute spanish-language sales enablement materials (presentations, product documents, brochures, one-pagers) using approved content
maintain distributor
- and customer-facing materials within sharepoint libraries
assemble and distribute sales collateral such as sample decks, printed catalogs, banners, tablecloths, and event materials
support internal marketing infrastructure by maintaining updated tools, templates, and resources for sales and internal teams
contribute to standardizing regional latam presentations following frameworks provided by marketing communications
operational execution
assist with publication board workflows, including approvals, version control, and compliance
support npi campaigns by preparing required assets, documentation, and internal communications
maintain myammega sharepoint by posting updates, organizing folders, and ensuring accurate categorization
execute pick-and-ship processes for literature and stock items in coordination with marketing operations workflows
systems & integrations support
ensure metadata accuracy across sharepoint filing systems
upload assets with correct tagging and documentation
assist with sharepoint self-enablement initiatives, helping internal teams navigate and utilize available resources
vendor coordination
work with approved vendors to obtain quotes, manage timelines, and coordinate delivery of marketing materials
ensure vendor-provided assets meet ammega quality, branding, and compliance requirements
coordinate outsourced production such as printed assets, giveaways, and business cards
reporting & tracking
support monthly reporting and kpi reviews
track sla performance and internal request turnaround times
assist in maintaining reporting for marketing campaigns across all applicable brands and regions
cross-functional support
support sales, product, and marketing teams across latam through the centralized intake system
communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding project status and requirements
*qualifications*:
bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or administrative support roles
strong organizational and task-execution skills
spanish fluency required; english proficiency required
experience in industrial or b2b environments preferred
strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
