* analyzing production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and solutions that will improve performance.
* liaising with coordinators to understand current product needs and developing plans for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.
* leading various production activities such as machine operation, processing, treating, or packaging.
