Identify, qualify, and close inbound opportunities
Build and
develop long-term relationships
and look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their goals.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with assigned appointment setter (SDR) on better client engagement Stay informed on ed-tech trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.
Provide feedback from customers to improve product development and service.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM systems.
Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the US market (Mandatory) Proven experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and organizational skills Remote Work – US Shift (Mandatory) Powered by JazzHR
