developing and executing the commercial strategies for the maximization of the portfolios under his/her responsibility with the retail customers in charge. Work in close coordination with following stakeholders to ensure a successful strategy and a flawless execution:
- internal stakeholders: medical; marketing colleagues; finance; training; ff effectiveness; business intelligence; commercial, field force; supply; regulatory.
- external stakeholders: customers à marketing, commercial, supply, medical.
key responsibilities for this role include:
- development and implementation of annual jbp and operating plan.-
- analyze the sell in, sell out and doh to develop tailor-made strategies for the customers.-
- secure the distribution levels for all the viatris portfolio.-
- work together with the team to secure availability.-
- pricing and commercial strategies based on the market needs.-
- administrative follow up for credit notes: rebates, offers, visibility.-
- ensure an efficient investment of the gross to net of his/ her customers as well as monitor the investment along the year.-
- be the expert on his/her customer(s) and ensure a clear strategy communication with internal and external stakeholders.the minimum qualifications for this role are:
- training and education- ba in marketing, administration, or related (degree).- prior experience- + 4 years of experience in commercial areas.-
- customers: wholesalers and national chains.- technical competencies- intermediate english.-
- analytical approach for data interpretation (internal data, market studies; iqvia, knobloch, etc.), plus sell in, sell out, in stock, doh.-
- time and budget efficient administration.-
- microsoft office management (advanced excel).- behavioral competencies- focus on the business objectives and priorities, and make things happen.-
- change agility.-
- learning agility.-
- team player.-
