We're looking for a dedicated *sales coordinator* to join our team and become the heart of our sales department. *what you'll do*:
as our sales coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our sales team's success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- *lead and inspire*: set, monitor, and track the team's monthly sales goals, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated to achieve them.
- *close the deal*: oversee and validate monthly sales closures, meticulously verifying commissions and reports for accuracy.
- *build partnerships*: manage commercial agreements and forge strong alliances with partner brands.
- *ensure excellence*: supervise the quality of customer service provided by the sales team, making sure every client interaction is exceptional.
- *team support*: step in to assist or cover for team members during absences or operational needs, demonstrating true team leadership.
- *strategize and grow*: evaluate team performance, propose improvement strategies, and collaborate with management to develop commercial and positioning strategies.
- *concierge service*: sell and manage our exclusive "lonvida concierge service" for your direct and indirect clients.
- *client care*: provide continuous customer support, prioritizing your active client portfolio both during and outside of working hours.
- *reporting*: generate and present weekly and monthly sales reports to the leadership team.
- *commission management*: accurately administer commissions for both the team and your own personal sales.
*who we're looking for*:
- *experience*: a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and team management. Experience in the medical sector is a plus.
- *education*: a bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, business, or a related field.
- *essential skills*: a proven ability to track goals, manage month-end closings, and calculate commissions accurately.
- *leadership qualities*: high-level customer orientation, strong leadership, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- *business acumen*: knowledge of commercial agreements and strategic alliances.
- *client network*: an existing client portfolio is a plus.
- *problem solver*: the ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure.
- *availability*: the flexibility to cover for team absences and provide operational support as needed.
- *language skills*: advanced proficiency in english (both oral and written, must be verifiable).
*compesation & benefits*:
- *salary*: a base salary of $20,000 mxn per month (under a professional services contract).
- *commission*: an additional 3% commission on your own sales.
