the marketing associate will support the global marketing team across a wide range of initiatives, including pr, communications, events, campaign development, and social media. The ideal candidate has strong communications and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced global environment and can help execute integrated marketing programs that support business objectives. Responsibilities and duties
coordinate logistics and marketing support for events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships, including timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up activities.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, pr, social, email).
Draft, edit, and proofread marketing content including email copy, website copy, social media posts, event materials, and internal communications.
Help manage the social media calendar, draft posts, coordinate approvals, and track performance metrics.
Support campaign development by coordinating inputs from stakeholders, organizing briefs, tracking status, and helping ensure on‑time delivery.
Maintain organized documentation, project trackers, and shared resources for the marketing team to enable efficient collaboration.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across regions and functions, ensuring alignment on messages, brand standards, and timelines.
Assist with marketing reporting and basic analytics (e.g., campaign performance summaries, social metrics, event results) as needed.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when required (designers, event organizers, printers, etc.).
