consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending september * totaled $13.7 billion.we are currently seeking for our newleave & accomodation sr administratorhybrid:tecnoparque:,azcapotzalco, ciudad de méxico, cdmx*upper intermediate or advanced english is required*theleave and accommodation senior administratoris responsible for managing and administering all aspects of the company's leave and accommodation process and policies in conjunction with the company's third-party provider.
this includes compliance with the company's leave policies, the americans with disabilities act (ada) and all federal, state and municipal leave laws and requirements.
this role also be the primary contact for accommodation requests requiring internal review and analysis with managers, hr business partners and employees submitted by the company's third-party provider.qualifications:bachelor's degree in human resources or field as outlined in the essential duties; or high school diploma or general education degree (ged) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of bachelor's degree.5+ years of experience in human resources.3+ years of experience in leaves and accommodations.2+ years of experience working with third-party providers in the leave and/or accommodation space.demonstrated knowledge and awareness of compliance policies, procedures and regulations affecting day to day loaa responsibilities.demonstrated proficiency in employment law.strong proficiency in laws and regulations, including fmla, and ada.advanced proficiency in microsoft office programs, such as word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook.demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.shrm-cp, phr, or cpdm certification.2+ years of experience doing in-house ada administration.experience establishing in-house ada administration processes that are efficient, compliant and scalable to support a high caseload.experience in identifying and implementing various automated solutions (i.e., robotic process automation).
experience with workers' compensation administration.experience working within an hr case management system (i.e., servicenow, salesforce, etc.).
experience managing the performance of a third party-provider.proficiency in various hr applications (including workday, adp or similar systems) and processes to support service delivery processes across the hr team.strong proficiency in microsoft office onenote.experience working is eu companiesexperience in health care sector is a pluswhat we offer:life insurancemajor medical expenses insurance (extends to spouse and 2 children under 25 years of age, if applicable).
