* development and implementation of stps (secretariat of labor and social welfare) policies to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework.
* employee training and awareness through brigades and active programs involving operational staff and various response teams.
* supervision and regulatory compliance with federal and state entities.
* investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, maintaining a trir (total recordable incident rate) log at the plant level.
* emergency management, submitting an emergency response plan to civil protection authorities.
* promotion of overall well-being to ensure and enhance quality and safety in the workplace and beyond.
