We are looking for an experienced business analyst / product owner to join our team and help drive the development of impactful products. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
key responsibilities:
* act as a product owner or business analyst for assigned products or initiatives, guiding them from discovery through delivery.
* work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
* manage product backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
* collaborate with engineering, design, qa, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
* conduct a/b testing and validate product ideas through data analysis and customer feedback.
* apply agile methodologies, particularly scrum, to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
* define and track key metrics, kpis, and other performance indicators to measure product success.
* communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
qualifications:
* proven experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a similar role.
* solid understanding and hands-on experience with agile methodologies (scrum required).
* experience in backlog management, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
* familiarity with a/b testing and product lifecycle management.
* strong analytical mindset with basic knowledge of metrics, kpis, and data interpretation.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
* ability to prioritize and make decisions in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
* deep understanding of customer-centric design and methods to validate ideas using data or feedback.
