We are looking for a hands-on it coordinator with strong leadership skills to take ownership of our it operations and lead our current team.
this role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical work (infrastructure & support) and team coordination, in a fast-paced call center environment.
what you'll do:
• lead and coordinate the it team (support & infrastructure)
• ensure smooth daily it operations across the site
• manage and optimize networks, servers, and systems
• support call center technologies (voip, crm, wfm tools)
• handle escalations and critical incidents
• implement it best practices, security, and processes
• work closely with leadership to align it with business needs
what we're looking for:
• experience in it support, infrastructure, and team coordination
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• hands-on experience with networks, servers, and call center tools
• leadership mindset (not just technical execution)
• ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations
