In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while promoting products and solutions to drive specification positioning and increase sales. This role requires a high level of outbound calling, along with independent research and thorough documentation, to ensure prospects are viable and engagement efforts are effective. key responsibilities: execute a high level of outbound calling to develop increased marketproducts and services.aggressively seek new accounts and project opportunities through prospecting within the targeted and focused vertical markets and industries.promote the sale ofproducts to focus markets, customers, engineering firms, epc firms, machine builders, and contractors/installers.develop and maintain a high level of proficiency in all aspects of product knowledge, sales practices, and customer service policies and processes.identify and initiate opportunities to build relationships with end users, oem, engineering firms, epcs, consultants, and contractors/installers.develop and maintain efficient work practices and a cadence of communication with the director, sales development to ensure alignment and follow through on objectives.develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with cross-functional departments in all companies in addition to the inside and outside sales organization.assist in the selection of appropriate products for the end-use application if needed.maintain positive relationships with existing customers.hunter mentality- self-driven, active listener with great documentation skills.occasionally provide basic quotes to customers. requirements: experience in inside sales within the electrical or industrial sectorfluent english (spoken and written).proficiency in microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint).experience with sap or similar crm/erp systemsproven experience with microsoft teams, onedrive, and outlook.
