key responsibilities:
1. develop and manage operations-related plans and budgets (aop).
2. establish capital plan for the site.
3. create productivity plan and pipeline for the site.
4. set plant goals and objectives across key areas including engagement, eh&s, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
5. execute the olr, identifying key talent and establishing action plans to develop personnel and build bench strength.
6. assess plant capacity to identify potential bottlenecks supporting customer demand.
7. conduct monthly reviews to track progress against key objectives such as capital execution, productivity, and new product introductions.
8. co-lead the siop review, ensuring proactive actions to execute the supply plan.
9. participate in mentoring and coaching programs.
10. perform gemba walks across all plant areas, engaging with all organizational levels to reinforce operational excellence culture.
11. hold daily operational reviews with the site leadership team following the mdi methodology.
12. conduct weekly mission control reviews to monitor progress against strategic and transformational plans.
13. communicate results through plan-wide meetings.
14. review key customer initiatives monthly to improve quality and delivery metrics.
15. monitor adherence to internal controls.
16. track progress of engagement initiatives, establishing contact with flls.
17. ensure full compliance with all eh&s initiatives and legal requirements.
18. engage in regional initiatives as required.
