This role is responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies that ensure the attraction of top talent, providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has proven experience in international and multicultural recruitment.requirements bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or related field. 4+ years of experience intalent acquisition, includinginternational and multicultural recruitment. Experience in recruiting: executive (managerial / leadership) specialized (white-collar) mass hiring (blue-collar) experience inmultinational environments. Proficient in ats systems advanced english(required). Responsibilitiesmanageend-to-end recruitmentfor operational, specialized, and executive roles. Develop talent attraction strategies across multiple industries (automotive, manufacturing, logistics, etc.). Collaborate with business leaders, hrbps, and hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles. Executesourcing and headhunting strategiesfor key positions. Lead competency-based interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments. Coordinate evaluations, including psychometric tests, socio-economic studies, and background checks. Facilitate calibration sessions (debriefs) to support hiring decisions. Perform compensation analysis and prepare offers. Ensure recruitment processes align withdiversity and inclusionprinciples. Manage ats systems oversee the onboarding process.
