responsibilities
* manage and grow strategic client accounts to drive revenue, retention, and long-term partnerships.
* identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting new accounts and reactivating inactive clients.
* build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to understand needs and influence decision making.
* develop and execute commercial strategies aligned to customer priorities and market dynamics.
* manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through negotiation and project close.
* collaborate with internal partners to ensure disciplined execution, forecasting accuracy, and a strong client experience.
minimum qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, architecture, industrial design, interior design, engineering, or a related field.
* minimum of 5 years of sales experience (preferably within architecture, design, construction, or commercial furniture-related industries).
* experience managing strategic or key customer accounts, including prospecting, account development and care, and achieving sales targets.
* advanced english proficiency (written and verbal).
* strong client relationship management and follow-up discipline.
* salesforce experience and comfort using crm tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.
