modern frameworks like angular or react

experience with design, prototyping, and component library tools such as figma, or similar
accessibility best practices: wcag 2.0+ aa compliance, localization, inclusive design
understanding of components and patterns of a design system and how each design choice is able to scale
ability to audit the design system to remove redundancy and improve load times
