about the role:
the purpose of this role is to support financial management activities by handling a range of crucial tasks, including cash forecasting, fx transactions monitoring, and operational activities. As a key member of the treasury team, you will be responsible for accurate short-term cash projections and ensuring that cash requirements are met efficiently.

key responsibilities:
1. action wire payment requests according to internal policy and finalize cash positioning.
2. handle various types of transactions, such as loan drawdowns, loan repayments, dividend receipts, supplier funding, other funding, and intercompany payments in a timely manner.
3. perform daily bank account reconciliations between system-generated cash records and bank records in the treasury system.
4. monitor future-dated fx transactions and multiple portfolio cash accounts.
5. support ad hoc process improvement projects to enhance cash management processes.

requirements:
this role requires a strong foundation in finance and economics, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities. Previous experience in banking or treasury is an added advantage.
