Amazon mexico retail team is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on, and creative candidate to join our team. As a brand specialist, you'll work with selected vendors to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx, while fostering strong business relationships with some of amazon's highest visibility brands.
you will be responsible for managing a brand’s product portfolio, contributing to improvements in user experience, and creating detailed monthly performance reports. You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and serve as their main point of contact.
additionally, you will support category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies, proposing operational improvements, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, ensuring high-quality product detail pages, and recommending effective marketing campaigns.

- 3+ years of experience with excel
- 5+ years in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiation and results delivery experience
- bachelor's degree or equivalent certification
- fluency in both english and spanish
- experience managing large data sets to drive performance improvements
- experience in vendor negotiations, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and product development
- financial analysis experience and p&l ownership
- advanced negotiation skills
