*summary*:looking for a communicator to answer incoming calls from our patients to provide outstanding customer service in support of our mission, goals and values.
*essential duties and responsibilities*:
- handle customer inquiries telephonically.
- research required information using available resources
- manage and resolve patient’s complaints.
- provide patients with product and service information.
- identify and escalate priority issues.
- route calls to appropriate resource.
- follow up customer calls when necessary
- be punctual and follow company’s protocols.

*requirements*:
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to attend on-site training for three to four weeks
- must reside in monterrey or its metropolitan area
