bachelor's degree in: chemical engineering, industrial engineering, food engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacobiology, or a similar field.
7+ years of experience in sales of chemical specialties for markets such as agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, or personal and home care in the mexican market.
management of annual sales budgets exceeding 10 million usd.
intermediate-advanced conversational english (b2 level).
experience with crm systems.
master's degree in: business administration, industrial management, marketing, administrative sciences, or similar fields.
previous experience with salesforce.
drive new business development with clients by efficiently managing growth projects and allocating resources appropriately, using the crm system while maintaining current sales.
keep indovinya informed about the status of interactions through visit reports, clearly outlining key points and required support.
prepare the annual budget for the assigned territory and collect the most reliable monthly sales forecast information to support proper production and financial planning for business management.
manage appropriate credit lines to ensure the operation and business growth with clients, as well as assist with collection in applicable cases.
