what you will do:
 * take heranza to new heights! You will be responsible for growth.
 * commercial strategy of the firm (strategic planning and establishment of objectives to achieve competitive sales).
 * growth strategy (detect the needs of the existing and new clients to determine how they can be satisfied).
 * identify partnership opportunities.
 * develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.
 * maintain existing business and account managing
 * think critically when planning to ensure project success.
 * research and find opportunities in the industry so that the organization grows and expands successfully.
 * strong attention to detail and superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
 * conduct business analysis to improve sales performance and understand customer needs.
 * make business decisions by locating and analyzing sales trends, new products, service areas, and potential business opportunities.
 * maintain a c and operational level of relationships.
 * create a team and develop it to search for opportunities in the market (prospecting).
your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
 * 6+ years of experience in business development, b2b sales or similar in professional services and/or consulting environment
 * bachelor's degree in business, administration or a related field
 * strong customer‑orientated attitude, self‑motived, detailed oriented, positive personality with aggressive attitude, well organized, and can work under pressure and in different time zones.
 * effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills.
 * highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills.
 * solution‑based sales experience is an added advantage.
 * excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * proficient in microsoft office suite.
 * advanced level of english language proficiency.
