Role description this is a full-time hybrid role for an architecture team leader based in the cuernavaca metropolitan area, with some flexibility for remote work. The architecture team leader will oversee and manage architectural projects, lead a team of architects and designers, and ensure project timelines and quality are met. The role involves working on architectural design, utilizing building information modeling (bim) software, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications strong expertise in architecture and architectural design proven skills in project management and team leadership proficiency in the use of building information modeling (bim) software effective communication and collaboration skills problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field previous experience in a leadership role within an architectural firm is a plus familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
