We are looking for a *results-driven marketing professional* to take ownership of our marketing efforts across both companies and drive measurable growth.

*position overview*

this is a hands-on, performance-based role responsible for generating *qualified leads and increasing brand visibility* through digital marketing, content creation, and strategic campaigns.

*key responsibilities*
- develop and execute *lead-generation campaigns* across both companies
- manage and optimize *social media advertising (facebook, instagram, google ads, etc.)*:

- drive *website traffic and lead conversion* through seo and paid campaigns
- implement and manage *targeting and retargeting strategies*:

- create and edit *photo and video content* for marketing campaigns
- monitor and report on *analytics, kpis, and campaign performance*:

- improve *google reviews and online reputation management*:

- maintain and optimize both company websites for *lead generation*

- ability to create/edit *photo and video content*:

- experience managing *lead campaigns and funnels*

*compensation*
- *base salary*: $10,800 - $14,400 pesos per month (based on experience)
- *performance bonuses*: $3,600 - $7,200 per month

*bonus structure*:

- $3,600 → 5 qualified leads per week
- $7,200 → 6-7 qualified leads per week
- $7,200-$10,800 → 8+ qualified leads per week

*total earning potential*: $14,400 - $28,800/month based on performance
